Aside from project migration issues. Can versions 3.0 and 2.2... run without conflict on the same machine (e.g. DLL, Registry, Etc...) ?

My experience has been positive with running both versions on the same machine, without specially modifications. Also, if you run into problems CCS support can be very helpful in resolving any issues. You may want to do a search on the forums because this is not the first time that this question has been asked.

Beeing doing the 2 versions for a while.

No issues found - thet behave very nicely

Only one things to remeber is the file association re CCS files

No restrictions found, except for the already mentioned file type
associations and my brain (using the one syntax on the other).
Double clicking a .ccp file on a late night session might do a ccs2->3
conversion.
