hi there:

im trying to figure out how to set a default value when a user add details to a form from a drop down list.
and then user can change it if they want, its just to make the input procces quicker.

for example there a 6 items in the dropdown list box and i want to show one of these items in add mode so that the user donesnt have to select it manually.

i am using PHP,MYSQL,CCS3,

I have tryed using default value in the properties ie: "Book"
but it donest default to that in add mode.

any help would be great.
cheers
Troy
