Trying to create a Confirmation Page for a Record Form that only 'updates' info already stored in a SQL Database. Would like to display only the updated info on the Confirmation Page, if possible. Already created the Confirmation Page with necessary label fields and the Record form redirects the user after submitting updated info but the new info is not displayed on the Confirmation fom. Also, once submitted, the primary key (customer_id) remains the same. A new one is NOT created for the customer. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You may need to set the "Preserve Parameters" property of your update form to "GET", so that the URL values are preserved when you get to the confirmation page. Actually I recommend that you first look at the URL of your confirmation page. If it doesn't contain any key (like customer_id) then info will be blank.
But why the primary key shouldn't remain the same? The only difference between updating and inserting records is that the primary key remains the same when records are updated, while a new key is generated when records are inserted. Since you are updating records then the key must remain the same.
