I have troubles with FTP.
I press TEST and my ftp connection is ok but I am not able to transfer anything. when I try to publish Ftp window opens and after some seconds I read the message "Upload complete" but no file is on my server !!
I tried this with different Ftp servers ... with no luck !

I am on CCS 3.0.2.2 target is Linux.
CCS FTP works ok, no problems.
Did you check the target directory name to be fully correct?

Have you tried to use another FTP tool to see if you can upload (the files) to the specified server location?? Do you have the necessary permissions?? Are you pointing to the right server??

If you continue to have problems then I would recommend that you contact support: http://support.yessoftware.com

Sometimes (I have noticed) that if the FTP site is behind a firewall then the TEST will work but the transfer will not.

FTP makes an inital connection via port 21, but then selects a random port say 1010 to actually transferr the files.

I have this issue on a clients server and I ended up having to swap to SFTP because of the firewall.

Take Care

Dave

marcwolf makes a good point. You might want to check and see if there are any upload requirements that you may have not meet. This could definitely cause problems with uploading your files.
