I can't save any files with CC 2.0.1 or 2.0 or 1.1.16
On Win2000 with IE 6, i have no message. The file name change on the top of CC but no file is created on HDD. (I have the file listed in the list of existing files when open CC, but on cliking, the message file does not exist appears(logical))
On Win98 SE with Ie 5.5, I have a progression of saving and at 75% this message appears : ERROR : File does not exist.
I try the default path installation and other path, it's the same thing !

What can I do ????

And is there a French version of CC ??

Thanks

Can you please answer this question here in the forum as I am having a very similar problem. My error says "file not found" when I try to save a new file. I'm sure others are having this problem. It would help us all.

thanks

I had similar issues saving. I was able to do a "save as" and save it as a .txt file. I later renamed the extension back to ccs and everything was peachy.

Hope this helps.

There could be several reasons of this problem, also it is depends on trial or registered version of CC you use.

I'm having the same problems on NT4.0 w/ SP6 IE 5.5. I save the file and when I look in the folder theres no file to be found also the program acts as if the file is actually there since if you look under the file menu it is there as a recently opened file.. also the lines in the diagram mode doesn't work I think due to a problem during install registering the hhactivex.dll

It's happening to me, too, saving any existing ccs files. Also with Bookstore example.
