I use codecharge, we farmed out some work and they use Fusebox for PHP (or WebBox), does anyone know about this product?

How does it compare to building a site with CCS? or can one compare the two?

I wouldn't compare the two since it would be like comparing CCS to PHP. CCS is a tool for creating PHP visually, while Fusebox is a framework (style of code with a set of PHP functions). CCS could generate Fusebox-type PHP code if we wanted to, in which case it would speed up Fusebox application development.
CCS-generated code has some similarities to Fusebox, but that's not what CCS offers.
