For some reason, I no longer see listbox of project settings (Project->Settings). This is whether I open an existing project or create a new one.

Can you right click on the project in project explorer and get to the settings?

Yes, the dialog box appears but only "General Settings" on the right and NO items in list box to the left.

I've got the same problem. A re-install did not help.
It's only the text that is missing (invisible?). I can scroll through the options using the cursor-keys or pointing (on a white space) with the mouse.
The only major change on my PC lately was the installation of the workstation tools of SQL Server 2005, but I have no idea whether that has something to do with it.

I've found the cause of the problem (at least on my pc).
It was Internet Explorer 7 beta 2. After an uninstall everything was back to normal.
