I wish to use a template page to 'skin' the pages generated by CCS.

CCS places its code after all the other html in the page, so that it appears below the footer etc. How do I direct CSS to insert its code in a particular location in the template page? I'm using the app builder so CCS generates a number of pages, and I hope that I don't have to manually edit each and every one.
