Anyone else having problems with V3 suddnly not submitting new records?
I know its me, but I can't find the answer.
I build a form and tweak the layout send the insert button to the top and it just stops working.
Any ideas?

More details:
If a I change the layout the insert fails.
Once a page fails it can't be fixed and a new page (different name)
is the only way to make it work.

Right narrowed it down to the layout.
If I change the layout the form won't submit?
