I followed the hint from Oper and uninstalled the IE7. With IE6 everything worked fine. This advise should go to the official installation instructions.

IE 7.0 is in beta and is buggy....

To make things worse you cannot install it side by side with IE6.0

Compare this to CCS where you can install CCS 2.0 side by side CCS 3.0
