I've found the project created with CCS. I want to make some changes to that project.
Is it possilbe to manually add those files to the new project without .ccs project file.

This is not possible if you don't have the original CCS project.

Yes, of course importing is not possible. If you don't want your customers to have your CCS project then they cannot have it. It is your main intellectual property and should be protected.
But if you don't care about this then simply copy all your project files to the Web server, so that you can copy/import it back later. This way you will never lose it, as long as you don't lose your Web application on the Web server.
