Hi:
I published portal sample on 1 pc and set the db path . when I want to run portal and want to enter/edit or delete data I get this
error:
Operation must use an updatable query

Hi!!!
Go to the folder where your database is, if using a example application the database name should be internet.mdb or intranet.mdb
Right click on the database and make sure that the Read-Only checkbox is not checked. Furthermore if still have a problem - Right click on the .mdb file and go to properties. Go to the security tab.
Add the following user: Everyone and give access to be able to read, write, modify.
This should sort out the problem.

I did check what you said, but I still have problem.
The interesting side is tha I did the same on the other machine and it worked OK!!!
