Hello Folks,
I made an Employee Directory using the solution provided with Code Charge. However I need to change Home Phone number and replace it with Radio number. How can I do this ? I would also like to disable the error checking for this field.

K,
Taking the solution and building another version is a good thing.
But for starters I would like you to read the manual or even the helpfile.
Do the excersices ther (Employee and TaskManager you kan skip 'HelloWorld')
After that keep the Help at hand for reference.
Doing the above will ease you through any of the questions you have
(specially this one).
I could give you the answer but that would be a bad help/ learning
experience to you.
