I can't find a forum for Superpdf, so I hope it belongs here.
I am using the trial version to output reports from Codecharge as PDF files - it works fine except for the page headers and footers that seem to be added by Superpdf (Headers include the html page name, and a page count, the footers include a file name for the pdf and a date). These are not part of the original web page.
Is there an option in Superpdf to suppress these, they spoil an otherwise great looking page.

O no, probably not, the only one using it.
Have a go at this:
without using the SuperPdf, try a straight print off a web page.
Do you notice that the top and bottom lines are added as well?
top: html page name + url
bottom: same as stated by you
It took me some time to lose those top and bottom (header/foorter lines) as
you have to figure out how-to.
How-to:
When page is printed it appears in a pop-up window with menu and presents
the SelectPrinterDialogue.
Escape the Dialogue and go to the File menu of the window presenting the
data for printing.
There you will find "Page setting" when clicked it will present you with
(amongst other options) Header: and Footer:.
These are default filled with commands to produce the abovedescribed
results.
Simply clear them to loose the header/footer.
Disadvantage is you will have to do this on every pc/Internet Explorer your
application encounters.
Now for SuperPdf someone might have the answer for you, I simply replied
with my 2 cents, because I felt sorry for you not getting any reply.
And this way you are moved up in the recent messages queue.

Thanks, but yes, I do know how to lose the headers from a page print off a web page.
Since SuperPDF uses GhostPrint, I expect that the header/footer options are passable from pdftool.exe to ghostprint to suppress or include the headers. Unfortunately, the option is not exposed in the pdftool interface, but who knows, perhaps someone in the development team may respond, someday....

I sent in a support request at the same time as I posted the original question on the forum.
