can any one advise why this error appears

i have cross checked the permission on the data bases, they are fine.

i hv just moved my project from 2.3 to latest version 3

i have regenerated the common asthere were some manual changes which have been removed now.

plse help

can anyone please please help.

the record form is based on an editable table and stil this problem is not being solved

this is in the header, if i remove the header from the page, it runs fine.
