Hi all

N00b here using CCS 3.0.4.3. Currentlt using ASP.NET (VB) and when I use the forum builder, it builds fine but then errors when trying to view the page live. The error I get is:

"Compiler Error Message: BC30002: Type 'PageItem' is not defined.

Source Error:

Line 41:
Line 42: 'Page_Load Event BeforeIsPostBack @1-94C25A6B
Line 43: Dim item As PageItem = PageItem.CreateFromHttpRequest()
Line 44: If Not IsPostBack Then
Line 45: Dim PageData As PageDataProvider = New PageDataProvider()".

Any ideas folks? I've deleted all my project folders and republished the app but it still comes up with the error. I've checked project settings etc and all appear OK. I can't understand why as this is a standard app that comes with CCS 3. Any help/pointers/ideas would be appreciated.

Regards

Make sure you rebuild the entire project and not just the page. Use the icon with a folder on it.

Thanks Kipdole, will try that next time. To combat the problem, I changed technologies back to ASP 3.0 with templates and the problem has been resolved.
