In Project Settings->Server/Script you give us the ability to separate the .php from the .html templates by specifying a separate directory in the Property "Template Folder" just putting a directory name in there (tpl for instance) will instruct CCS to create the directory stuff the templates (.html) in there, keeping everything in good working order.

From a personal point of view I wish you gave us the same option for the "_events" part of the coding being generated.

If you want to ask why, than the reply will be :
Because it will enable us regenerate by deleting the .php code without changing or damaging any event code.
