We have chosen CDO email option, howver our server requires us to use a username , password and mail server. Does anyone know or have an example of where we would put the code in a CodeCharge form.

Thanks

In most cases a username/password are not used for sending emails.
To use CDO:
1. Specify "Email Component = CDO.Message" in ASP Project Settings -> Server/Script
2. Use "Send Email" action to send emails and specify the mail server (SMTP) in action's properties.
3. Optionally, modify the generated action code to use login/password, port, timeout, or whatever else is available. Although Microsoft example at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/scriptcenter/guide/sas...a.mspx?mfr=true doesn't show anything about using a username or password.
