I have a form with tons of checkboxes. I want any checkbox that is checked to display a "yes", which is does. Any checkbox that is not checked, I want it to display "n/a" instead of "no." How can I accomplish this? TIA.

Add inthe Format property of the label "Yes;N/A" (without quotes) and set Data type to Boolean
