In CCS 3,
I cant find where can we customise the error message shown on incorrect login details are submitted.
the error being shown is CCS as CCS_LoginError

Quick way to change message displayed at authentication:
Switch ON internationalization, and edit the message in the language file.

but why is the error being shown as "CCS_loginError" not the value when the internationalisation is not swtiched on.

Did you switch it on in Project Settings, probably you did.
Set the default to en-US
or
In Project Explorer, Resorces, edit your language file to display the right
text.
