Has anyone created a solution, where they have to substract record from a table, and aswell adding back that record that was substracted back to table.
Or if there any good examples I can use to apply to my project.

You could simply add a flag field to the table that can be turned on or off based on user specification (then base your grid datasource based on a query using the same flag field).
Do you need to actually physically move the record from one table to another table??
