I use TopStyle and it works very well to modify CCS Styles.

I too use TopStyle. I think that it is definitely one of the best. In most cases developers/designers use more than one tool from more than one vendor to complete thier task. This may be one of those cases blankenb but of course there is nothing wrong with asking.
