--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I would like to be able to have the style images (buttons, headers etc.) in
an editable format. i.e. a vector image format like png or photoshop psd.
At the moment it is quite hard to create a new button say from the Submit
button, and change the text - because in a graphics editor the background
and text are one image... you cannot edit the text separately without
getting a "fudged" image.
Can/do/why don't Yes supply them in a psd format?
and/or
Is there a 3rd-party supplier market for CCS, whereby I can buy "Style-sets"
from someone with all the images in an editable format
and/or
Would anyone be interested in sharing their style-set with editable
graphics?
Many thanks in advance.

We don't have such images because all such graphics is automatically generated during publishing based on specified words or translation files. To edit or create new buttons you can just define the text for each button in Project Settings -> Styles -> Buttons.

It really works that good and simple as Peterr describes.

Thanks for the repsonse, I had a similar repsonse form the support call I logged. This is truly a powerful feaure, however it would be even better if we could include banner graphics, and icons in that style editor.
(I mean with the same ease).
i.e. beiung able to specify a icon image for buttons in the style, or even a new button as an icon only. Or a banner graphic using the button image background as a mask.
I'm only beginning, so this is perhaps my simplistic view of what I would ike to see. I'm sure of os this is possible using an extenral CSS editor in combination with a graphics package... it owuld just be nice to take the in-built style editor (which is alreayd very good) to another level.
Many thanks
