How to set CommandTimeOut Globally for my Connection

How can I set the CommandTimeOut Connection property globally for my application?

If i change the common.asp it do not regenerate this part of the code anymore. I do not
want to set this on a quey bases for all my queries in my application.

Anyone knows how to do that?
