This is a little off topic for the community but I do not know how else to get a hold of support with this problem.
I have submitted a support request.
I received an email with a link http://support.codecharge.com/usrCaseResponses.asp?case...email@yahoo.com
When I click on the link I get the support.codecharge.com page and not the support page that has my issue on it. I have been there before.
So I submitted another support issue saying that I can not reach the support issue. I received another email with a link that didn't work. (doink)
Could someone from CC please let me know what the heck is goin on?

Try to submit a request from email that doesn't contain underscore.
Most probably it's the reason why it doesn't work

Well that is kind of a bug don't you think? Having an underscore in your email causes you to not be able to interact with the support system?
