I’m running Windows XP and CC v2.04 – When ever I generate an ASP site (without HTML templates) and try previewing it on my work station, everything works without a problem. Alternatively if I create a HTML only site, once again everything runs without a problem.

The difficulty I’m having is generating ASP site with HTML templates. Which either reports –
HTTP 500.100 - Internal Server Error - ASP error
Internet Information Services
Technical Information (for support personnel)
• Error Type:
Microsoft JET Database Engine (0x80004005)
Could not use ''; file already in use.
/Web Design/portal/Common.asp, line 25
• Browser Type:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; Q312461)
• Page:
GET /Web Design/portal/Default.asp
OR – more predominantly I receive ‘Web site found waiting for reply’ the nothing?
OR - HTTP 403.9 - Access Forbidden: Too many users are connected Internet Information Services.

Basically it driving me ‘nuts’ - has any one else experienced this and resolved the problem / any tips ?
