DatePicker not working after installing project with Setup project

I've create a Visual Studio.NET setup project and included the output from a CodeChargeStudio VB.NET project. Everything works great except when the DatePicker page pops up it says "The page cannot be found." Is there something else I need to do for this to work. The DatePicker.js and functions.js files are in the web folder.
