Please forgive my post if it sounds confusing, but I will give it a shot. I have multiple issues going on that I desperately need help with (I've been working on this for about four days).
First, I haven't customized any code (yet). I have a searchable grid where the top part has the parameters that the user enters that the search is based on. There are approximately seven areas the user searches on: five are text boxes and two are listboxes. One of the listboxes needs to allow searches for multiple selections. I need the search parameter in the SQL statement to use "AND's" and not "OR's" so that the results that are returned meet all parameters entered. Sometimes, the users won't use all of the parameters: maybe only one, maybe more. If the user doesn't use one of the parameters for their search, I don't want the search criteria to search on a "0" value like it's currently trying to do (1st issue) - I don't want that parameter included in the search criteria.
I followed the instructions exactly as described in the manual and in the example project for searching off of a listbox with multiple selections, and it's not working (2nd issue). It works fine if I only select one item, but it gives me an error at the top of the screen when I select more than one that says "The value in field urls_OfficeCodeID is not valid. Use the following format: .".
Any ideas? Your help is greatly appreciated.
