Is it possible to use Alternate Rows on an editable grid? If so, how? I've tried a couple ways but have been unsuccessful.

Okay, here's another issue and more important than the above question. I can't get my editable grid to update? It is based on a view which is a single table view. What am I missing? I've tried adding Custom Update but it still doesn't acutally update the data?? Help please!
