I require a quote on a web-based project that neds to be finished before September 30. I have the user specs and tech specs and will need the code to work with SQL Server 2005 backend IIS6 as server and Internet Explorer 6 clients. It will be a complex system that will require a programmer with in-depth knowledge of ms-sql to set up the relationships and joins. There is no preference for the language (C# or VB) but Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP is, definitely a no no. This is for a Windows shop.
