:-)

abit of history:
im currently building some reports so that statistical data is displayed numbers/percentages for various fields so that reviewers at call centres can check how their agents are doing. This report works fine.

At the moment i have the same report created in MS Access database, with a subreport nested in a report, thats describe the type of call the agent had and the sums no of calls etc. i believe that you cannot create subreport/nested forms in ccs.

The subreport query table in the database only has 4 fields within it, Agent id, type, count of team report and count of call type.

I've found a way around this by creating the fields for the subreport query in the actual report. The only thing is that in the type column of the database there are 4 different call types: order, stock check, telephone order and other.

when i run the report it only populates one call type along with the sum and the rest of the call types are recorded on seperate records. is there away around this so that i can display all call types on one page of the report instead of 4 pages??!!!!
