We require a CCS 3 coder to create a PHP/MYSQL web app that will take information via straight-forward forms. The requirements have been plotted down to implementation level and the database has been developed. Literally a front end is required.
Front end needs:
* Form-based input
* User Login
* Ability to generate letters from input
* Basic statistics to be generate from quantitative input
* Basic audit trail to be generated
* Needs to be customer-centric, i.e. customer is selected, and then the history needs to be viewable
Admin end requires:
* User Management / Authentication
* Create reports from stats
All in all, very straight forward stuff, we just don't have the time to implement at the moment. If we're impressed, coder may be commissioned for further projedcts of a similar nature.
