Does anyone else have problems with upgrades?

I have 3 versions of CCS on different machines so I can maintain projects developed in them.

I had a problem over the weekend and the solution was to upgrade to the latest version.

However, the application had seven pages all with different types of touch screen keyboards written into them using javascript.

The buttons on the keyboards had been formated to be a certain size to fit within the background image, in a specific place and in a specific colour using html.

When I ran the project on the latest version all the formating of the buttons had gone?

Sure I could do it again, but when you return to a job you did 6 months ago just to change the wording on one of the buttons, you don't want to have to rebuild it cos the latest version doesn't recognise the formating or whatever.

I'm sure it's me. I'm not a coder by any means. If it works then that's good enough for me.

So how do I ensure I produce something that is fully scaleable?

I don't want to have loads of versions of CCS installed so I can maintain all my projects.

I don't want to have to rebuild my projects everytime I upgrade.

This not a rant, I love CCS (it makes me lots of money). I just want t find out what I'm doing wrong.

Tony
