How can make it that when you click on a link to a flash file so that it opens in the Internet Explorer.
So that the lazy ppl don't have to select which program to use.
And for some reason it want to download it.
How would I tell Internet Explorer or such to open this .swf file?

You would need to create a HTML page that includes/embeds the .swf file. Please see: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=html+embed+.swf

See the problem with embedding it is that it will be a constant size. Where if it opens in Explorer it will resize.
But thank you that was something interesting to have learned.

If you do not embed it and the visitor does not have the flash player
installed it wont work and it wont be able to tell the visitor why not.

Yes, an .swf file is like any other file and IE doesn't know anything about it. IE can only execute another program that will open such file, therefore your users would need to have some SWF player installed to open an SWF.
