v 3.0.3.1

I just wanted to ask if there is a way to add folders / files to a project
so that they publish automatically when i click publish project.

I right click on pages in my project and add a new folder, But when i click
on Publish Project it doesn't create this folder in my publish directory.
Is it supposed to ? or do I have to manually create it there as well.

Just create a blank page (right-click on the folder, select New Page) in the folder and add any files to the folder. If your publishing options are set correctly, then all files in the folder will be published.
