On Grid form how will I be able to incorporate
Custom aggregate SQL such as
Select SUM(ofhoursonthisfield) as thisvar FROM thistable

that means placing this value on the
right cell <td><%=thisvar%></td>

Just create a grid and place this SQL into Form Properties/SQL/Custom sql
