I inserted new column to the table (just simple table 2x5, then after inserting its 3x5).
How can I resize this new added column visualy ?

You can resize the new column by changing the column width and height. Hopefully you know something about HTML table code. Checkout this link (http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/struct/tables.html )

thanks, but did you noticed word "VISUALLY" ?
that means with 'dragging'

You probably can't. CCS only includes a basic Microsoft HTML editing component that doesn't seem to support such feature.
