 Detail Maintenance Screen Not Displaying Data for All Fields

I am having problems getting my Detail (Maintenance) screen to display existing data for some of my fields. When I check the SQL database all of the fields are populated but on the Detal screen only some of them show data. Any ideas what would would cause the missing data?
