One thing that bothers me is the fact that I cannot set language as i.e Polish while keeping Country as: USA
Sometimes developers need to make multilingual Apps keepeing country specific format unchanged. I have a need to keep curency as $ and date formated to US standard while being able people to switch a page to Polish national character set (i.e. for polish people living in US). This seems to be impossible at the moment and I think it should be fixed.

I suspect that this is possible. You can customize every aspect of the internationalization settings, while CCS uses internationalization standards that are no different from any other tools, applications, or even Windows itself.
