i have observed that the in-house expert, peterr, always ignore to give attention to issues i raise on the forum.
As a serious codecharge user, i believe some other people will benefit from the resolution of these issues.
So petterr, please help me with the two outstanding issues, i really need solutions to complete a very important project.
PS: Pls don't ignore this post!
regards,
charles

I don't think that's a fair post. I'm sure you are not being ignored intentionally.

While I wish we had 100x the people helping in the forum, we also have to accept the fact that the forum is a user support / take what you can get situation. If you absolutely, positively require more, you can pay for support, and then you'll probably get responses to everything.

Believe me, again, I wish we had 100x the people here, with many more able and willing to help. And I, at times, with my short experience with the product, have already been spooked by the lack of a response too, but, at the end of the day, if you Must get more help, you have to pay for it.

Most people are in business to pay the bills and make money, YES included. :-)

When the 07 budget books open, I'm going to get my company to buy some support so I can sleep better at night. :-)

[By the way, ever try to get help from Microsoft?]

I see your point.
I hope peterr won't take offence.I'm just wondering what it takes to get his attention!
Sometimes i see him attend to almost every post and ignores some.
It is the criteria that is confusing to me.

charles

Hi Charles,

Sorry about this. I act like everyone else here on the forums and answer only those posts that I am able to. I also may not answer some questions that I don't understand, technical support issues, questions not related to CCS, questions already handled by someone else, or more complex coding questions (I'm not a programmer although I can often spot problems or adapt pieces of code). I'll take another look at your questions and see if I can help with anything.

Now i understand the situation better.I actually did'nt mean the post as an offence.
I think you are doing a great job bcos most of the issues you respond to are always straight to the point and usually beneficial to all users facing the same issues.
On the issue of being a programmer, i think Codecharge Studio is a great leveller! i believe anyone with the desire to spend time with this tool can do a lot of things.
I have developed a lot of systems for various companies and i did'nt know anything about programming before i came across codecharge studio.
My regards to all the wonderful people at yessoftware.
Regards,
Charles
