Ok well i have been to the end of the earth a back support tickets come to no useful solution,

I did a clean install of CCS 3 and when i go quick live in browser it use to open explorer and now it does not its the latest update explorer is the default browser i have un installed and re installed 15 times even from registry nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem? I submitted support tickets the only thing they knew to do is uninstall and re install.

You said latest IE update. I hope it is not IE7 which is still in beta. You should be using IE6, else you may have problems.
