I love the fact that collaboration has come around in the 3.x releases with CVS. But our shop currently is working with Subversion. I'd be nice if CCS could handle either/or/both CVS and SVN.

I believe that we have customers who use Subversion. You can use any source control systems, just need to ask SubVersion for recommended SCC Provider that works best with SubVersion. This is standard method of integrating any source control system into other products.
