Hi, is it possible to make masterpages in visual Studio and include them in
CCS ?
If Yes, how ?

I to am looking for a way to have a consistent header\menu and am looking into creating master\content page logic. I need to create a single header with a menu and have seperate codecharge applications under this header. If you find a decent solution, please let me know.
