Hi,

Installed CCS 3.1.0.2 and am using IE 7.

The 'live' page displays 'This program cannot display the webpage' msg.

Any advise?

Thanks,
Bob

Doesn't seem to be related to CCS or IE7. Google your error message.

Hi Peter,

Within CCS 'Live Page', I receive the error.

However if I copy and post the URL to my external browser, the page displays correctly.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,
Bob

Googling for this error message shows some firewall problems. This message is not generated by CCS, therefore I still have to recommend Googling...

To be more specific and based on my Google search, a firewall, antivirus, or other software could prevent a program like CCS from displaying a page.

BTW, there is always a chance that this problem could be related to CCS as well, but I did search our support system for your error message and looks like no one else reported this error.

FWIW, I rolled back CCS to 3.1.0. and things now work correctly.

OK, if you want to report this to support it could help when investigating it for someone else in the future.
Thanks
