Hi Guys,
I'm currently testing my site and plan on lauching phase1 of it the week of November 26-30th, 2006. If you have a chance can you have a look and provide any feedback. You can go ahead and register because I'll be cleaning the database out before I go live.
Phase 1 is only Canadian so on register you will have to enter a postal code. Use A1N-3V2 and choose Newfoundland as the province.
It was developed in .net using CCS 3.0 and has a sql server backend. First codecharge project and I must say I'm hooked.

Thanks in Advance

dave,
Indeed nice site, good looks, welcome to "the ones that did it using CCS".
Registering, OK
Login, OK
After Login you are taken to the same page visited earlier, some "Welcome
username" message could
give a positve logged-in feeling, although the Logout does hint at that
(cater for those that do not often do this).
Tested your multi-checkbox lists and menu's, work fine.
The email from admin is nice on registering, the various other menu options
too.
Well implemented, crisp clean and easy.
Good luck with the launch!

Good point! I'll add this before launch.
Thanks so much for taking the time to review the site.

Excellent!!!!!!!
Do you consider the possibility to resell it for other countries or organizations.... Thinking about it, your work is wonderful and if it can manage with a CMS you have a great opportunity

Thanks.
Just performed first upgrade to the site and added these additional features:
1: Google Maps implemented (shows all childcare providers/parents in your residential location). Quick map linking right to resume/ads.
2: Automatic search results in users locality. Calculates driving distance and provides driving directions.
3: Email and SMS alert notification right to your cell phone when child care is available in your area.
4: 3 tier privacy that allows users to choose their level of privacy on the site.
I have not launched any advertising yet but the response has been great. Positive comments from users and people have already made matches. Based on the feedback I'll be branching out to others countries very shortly.
