I use UA_portal( it made with CC)
UA_portal use html template seperate with asp page, good for layout.
how could I add some other asp function(like poll..) to asp page

Largo,
add custom asp function to Global Functions event under Site->Modules section. Then call this function where you need. The exact place depends on case.
