I've been using CCS 2.3 PE with ASP and just ugpraded to CCS 3.1 with ASP but I'm considering learning PHP instead. Is there a charge for changing from ASP to PHP in the Personal Edition?
I only do about 3-4 small projects a year with the product and I will probably not be converting any of my old projects over from ASP to PHP.
