You can select the code and use the standard Ctrl-C to copy and Ctrl-V to paste.

Ok,
1) go to the window where you want to copy the text,
2) select the text with the mouse,
3) select "Copy" from the application's pulldown Edit menu,
4) go to your browser and select Edit > Paste.
It then pastes the contents into the current field. Only the mouse
was used without having to use the keyboard.
Notice: No mice were harmed during the course of this tutorial. :)

Using a mouse to cut and paste is time consuming. Because we're on the subject, where can I find all the shortcuts for the keyboard?

I would like this way:
1) select the text WITH THE MOUSE,
2) RIGHT CLICK (MOUSE BUTTON) select 'Copy',
3) select Field where you want to place the text...
4) RIGHT CLICK AGAIN and select Paste.
This:

Won't work in CodeCharge...
