 FileUpload uploading to Temp only

I am using the FileUpload component but it is only uploading my file to the Temp Folder and not to the File Folder. Any idea why? How can I hook into the Before Process Event to move it myself?

write permissions? the pool acount for the web site does have write permission to that folder?
