Can someone explain to me the following;

1: What is the difference between Publish and Quick Publish?

2: Should you save your changes after you make a change on a page OR after you make a change and publish?

Thx...

1. Quick Publish (Ctrl+F8 or Ctrl+F10) works quicker :-)
It generates and publishes only the current page without included pages and common files. The regular Publish also generates and publishes included pages (like Header that mat be included on the current page) and common files.

2. Either way. Although I often do this after publishing only because after publishing CCS marks some files as modified, even though they are re-generated and usually not different from those before publishing.
